Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fibflx account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
